Hiei is a figment of my imagination.  He originated in Yu Yu Hakusho.  He is a supreme leader and a great warrior... but he works for the darkness and evil.  He has lightning quick actions, like he can run several miles in less than 1 second.  He also has an ability which enables him to "freeze time".  He can also teleport from one place to another.  He has a third eye under his band on his forehead.  He can summon an attack "Fist of the mortal flames".  His fists glow blue, and when he punches somebody, it leaves scolding hot burn marks.  He can summon the dragon of darkness or, called "Dragon of the darkness flames".  It is strong, but hard to predict and control.  Hiei once burned his arm to almost nothing while using it.
